Exchange / Refunds


If you happen to order the wrong size or colour, we will happily exchange your item if the item is not worn or damaged and all the original tags and packaging are still intact.

Exchange items are processed within the week they return to us so please allow at least 5-7 business days for your exchange items to return to you.

If approved by one of our sales team, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please make sure that all original tags and product packaging is still intact.



You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).



Triple R Motorcycles is the sole owner of the information collected on our website. We will not rent, share or sell the information to any third party in any way, under any conditions. We request information from the consumer on our order form. The user must provide their contact information (name and shipping address) and financial information (credit card number, expiry date). This information is used for shipping and billing purposes only. If there is any problem with the order (stock level, shipping delays etc) this information is used to contact the shopper.
